I was supposed to be in Perth next week but I am rerouting to Vietnam because one of my family members is ill. 😷
Two years ago I was told I had pre-diabetes (insulin resistance). The funny thing is that I was diagnosed in my peak fitness era when I was exercising a lot (maybe a bit excessively) and tracking my macros!!
I'm starting to get back into the groove of moving my body again and gaining more muscle mass. I love sweet stuff but I'm trying to cut down on processed foods and attempt to eat clean in a sustainable way. Sometimes it's difficult because I travel a lot so I don't have as much control over my diet (eg when I'm traveling on a long haul flight well... you kinda gotta eat what they give you right?).
I hope I can turn my borderline diabetes around and if not... thank god I'm not born in America and instead born in Australia where insulin is heavily subsidised.
Completely irrelevant to the pictures I'm posting but I really want 3 daughters haha.

LOL story time to continue my previous post story and because ppl keep asking me what happened and I love oversharing. I had just broken off a serious relationship of 2.5 years (got omega betrayed in this relationship and I was super hurt). I was so serious about this relationship that I considered quitting SW but glad I didn't because the relationship ended anyways LOL.
And so after the break up, I just wanted someone fun to be around and boom met the guy in the previous post. We went on a few trips together and did fun shoots together and it became pretty serious, though I stated I didn't want anything serious from the beginning. Real feelings developed and so I dipped and ran away. He's from Singapore and at the time, I actually got in trouble with the police and was 'banned' (this has been lifted now) so we didn't know when the next time we were going to see each other anyway so it seemed like a convenient time to break up.
Still have a few regrets breaking it off so abruptly. And life lesson for myself: don't date for fun because it's easy to develop feelings and it just leads to inevitable heartbreak. Maybe that's just me though xD
I've been really unwell for a long time (since like more than 5? weeks ago). Really annoying but praying for more health and happiness for the rest of 2024.
