As most of you probably know, I gained most of my weight by chugging down huge amounts of Heavy Cream! This has helped me from going from 120lbs all the way to 230 lbs, but that's where I kinda hit my limit point! And I just couldn't figure out why!! Calculating my kcals with all the heavy cream ment for sure that I should have been gaining, but I just wasn't and it was making me go crazy!! 😭😭
Sooo... I asked around in the community and found a nutrition coach, and he then asked me 2 show off what I eat in a day... And he instantly knew why I wasn't gaining anymore.. my daily kcal intake was coming from 80% of just fat, almost no carbohydrates and maybe like 5g of sugar a day... So in short I was doing a super high fat keto diet lmaooo 😭😭😭
So he told me it's super super important to get in some more carbohydrates and sugar was even more important.. so that's what I'm working on currently! Because I have been eating so little sugar for years, everything os super sweet for me and it's kinda hard getting it in! But I found a syrup with a lot of sugar, that I try to drink once a day, and I also got some high sugar sweets! That I reward myself with after every win in OW2! (Sadly enough I went on a 6 Game losing streak right after making this rule for me... 😭😭)
But yeah! That's the plan for now, getting myself addicted to sugar and keeping up the heavy cream with it, that way my gains should explode again! And after the first week! (Which was yesterday) It kinda showed off! I gained 2 lbs in a week! I was so happy 😭😭😭 i was Stuck for so long!!

And I realized that I kind of lost my passion for content creation, or more like it's very hard for me!
