My weekly visitor servicing my feet on arrival. The routine is the same for all who want them. Remove socks when you wish, then first clean them, then dry them, then apply a lotion or sanitizer, depending on your level of desired funk. If no cleaning is necessary, then the routine is done at the end of a session. Everyone's needs are different!
