I took the afternoon off to go for a beautiful hike! Makapu'u Point Lighthouse is at the very Eastern end of Oahu. It's one of the easier, shorter hikes on the island and has the most beautiful views! On a clear day you can see Maui and Lani and sometimes humpback whales 🐋.

I went for a walk in the forest today. Something I haven't done in ages! (I'd rather be on my bike). Native New Zealand bush is very beautiful and full of unique species such as the Kauri. These trees can get very big! My mood has definitely improvement.

The east coast of Auckland is protected from big swells and currents of the open ocean. So when the winds are right, you can explore these beautiful bays!
