Your Queen is back and Bad as ever… 🤑🤑🤑 I had to take time for a last minute guest performance preparation for the Ironcity Classic bodybuilding Show. I didn’t think I would be in town for the show, but I rearranged my plans once asked again to perform. I did two performances, an opening act and then a guest posing performance to the song Titanium. I am Titanium now that I have two Titanium hips. I’ll post what footage I get from the show. At the last minute, I got talked into jumping in the Women’s Physique division. Haven’t done cardio or dieted since 2020 when I competed last, due to my two hip replacements. So I was just jumping in raw. I held my own against another Pro, but she just competed in a couple Pro shows so she was ripped and ready. it would have only been her in the class if i didn’t jump in, So they were going to cancel the class or cut the prize money. So I jumped in and it was cool to see what my new body could handle. My poses hurt my hips at times, and I’m very sore on one hip now, but It’s nothing I can’t handle. Who knows, maybe I’ll prep for a show next year…
