Hello loves, (MAIN NOTES: I am taking a break due to burnout. I have scheduled all the content you would normally get so nothing will be missing during my time away. And will do my best to send extra selfies.) FULL MESSAGE: As most of you know, I've been battling some health issues for the past year. I went through extensive medical testing, and the results were—well, nothing really. I have multiple levels that are decreasing or increasing, but nothing specific that requires medication. But then, my doctor sat down with me and we had a full 'lifestyle" discussion, and he thinks that I have stage 11 or stage 12 burnout. I know not all of you know my life circumstances, but outside of content creation, I have a full time day job and freelance full time outside of that. I've been doing all 3 for over a year. Because I don't give myself time to rest, I have been sick every single month with one thing or another for the majority of the past year as well. I have been putting myself last for far too long. While 2 weeks away wont solve everything, it will give me ample time to rest, get back into a daily routine that includes cooking/eating on time as well as moving my body. It will allow me to "feel through" and soul search how I want to move forward on all fronts and hopefully get real about what I can and cannot do so I can have better boundaries moving forward. This doesn't mean that I wont be back! I will! And I've made sure to schedule the next two weeks so that nothing will be missed. You'll still get daily updates with multiple photos and I promise to send selfies while I'm away. Of course, I'll also return all of your DMS once I'm back. I do hope that you'll stick around through this "blip" and continue your support. I do need it now more than ever. I can't wait to see you all on the other side of burnout. xo Faye
