Made this yummy chocolate torte today 😋😍 The reason it’s called a “torte” instead of cake is because there is absolutely no flour being used. I use grated nuts instead. So rich in flavor and super delicious 🍫🥰

Visited this bomb bakery yesterday. They bake the MOST brownie flavors on earth lol.
They have everything from birthday cake brownies to Stroop waffle brownies. They even have little “bruffles” which are brownies truffles!
My personal favorite was the red velvet. I was absolutely obsessed ❤️😍🍫
Guess what I’m baking? 😏🤔🥰 Baking became one of my favorite past times. It helps with my mental and its so satisfying too see the final product in the end. Stay tuned for my next project ❤️

These Cannolis are to dieeee for 😍 It’s a staple Sicilian desert, and very delicious as well. The fried pastry dough filled with creamy ricotta for a slightly tangy flavor is everything. No I didn’t make them, but I will eventually try lol. Stay tuned 🥰.

I had the best time at Disney yesterday. They have THE BEST desserts 😋🍰😍. My favorite was the cinnamon roll, it’s was so huge and very delicious. Can’t wait to bake my own 🥰

This 6 layer lemon cake was perfect, so fluffy and light. The lemon buttercream icing just melts in your mouth. Instead of lemon juice you should try using lemon extract for a more powerful, zingy taste. Make sure you don’t over mix your cake batter or it won’t come out as moist. 🍋🍰🥰

Yummmy Apple Pie for dessert tonight. I only use Granny Smith, gala, and golden delicious apples. Using only one type of apple gives you only one flavor. Using multiple varieties makes sure you get that tart and sweet flavor. 🍎🍏🥧🥰

It’s so easy to make sugar cookies, all you need is 4 ingredients. Unsalted butter, granulated sugar, flour, and a little bit of vanilla. It’s such a simple recipe and delicious. 😋

My homemade brownies are just as chewy and chocolatey as the boxed brownies but packed with way more flavor. It’s just a one bowl recipe made in less than 1 hour. I like to use cocoa powder and semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of melted chocolate which leads into a chewier brownie. 🍫🍫

One of the keys to make chewy cookies is to use more brown sugar than granulated sugar, the molasses in the brown sugar draws in more moisture making the cookies thicker, softer, and chewier 🍪❤️

Chocolate chips cookies are my favorite desert, I love them soft and especially fresh out of the oven. The key to having soft chocolate chip cookies is to take them out of the oven just before they look like they’re done baking. The residual heat of the pan will finish cooking the cookies through to perfection once you allow them to cool completely. 🍪🥰
