

An evening routine is my way of ending the day on a positive note and getting ready for a new one! 💖 Every night I set aside time for myself: a relaxing bath with fragrant oils 🛁, reading a book 📚 and some meditation 🧘♀️. It helps me to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and energize for tomorrow!
I also like to light candles 🕯️ and put on my favorite music 🎶 to create a cozy atmosphere. It's times like these that I feel self-care becoming an important part of my life.
