Cinnamon rolls recipe! First proof 1 tablespoon of active dry yeast in 1 cup of warm milk for about 5 minutes. Until it's all pretty and foamy. I use bread flour, but you can use any kind 💕💕 plan on using 3 cups, but add it in one cup at a time. Knead it in once it gets nice and thiccc. You want a nice solid ball of dough, that is slightly tacky but not sticky. If it sticks and clumps on your fingers, add more flour until it gives you a little more personal space 😂 Take your cute lil ball of dough, place it in a greased bowl. Cover the bowl. Let it ride for about an hour. I like to put mine in my laundry room where it's a little warmer, then turn on the dryer to add some nice warm heat to the room 😍
