So I’ve been having this vertigo thing happening for a little bit a week ago I got sick and under the weather super stuffed up etc, and then on Friday I started getting this vertigo problem but honestly, I think it’s because I have so much mucus and congestion still in my head and in my nasal cavity maybe some in my neck I don’t know how but it’s all connected lol but just letting you guys know I’m taking a PE sinus pressure and pain and that’s helping a lot! Like I’m feeling like a straining out all the mucus which is amazing, I’m going to jet my ears meaning jet them with the showerhead with hottest warm water just so I can melt the wax out of my ear, canals, anyways it feels good to eat some food, and that salad that I ate earlier was amazing, hope you guys are having an amazing Sunday and had a good weekend; I’ll be ok, just still healing and taking care of myself. ☺️❤️
