Since a few of you were curious about the supplements I recently started using, I figured I’d show ya. These are all herbal supplements and vitamins, most of which help cognitive functions, immunity, stress, sleep, and energy. None of them are expensive, and all of them were ordered from amazon. The Rhodiola, ginseng, tribbulus, KSM-66, vitamin D3, L-tyrosine, and cordyceps are taken about 45 minutes before my morning workout. That combination seems to give me an intense focus, and tons of endurance. Anyway, that’s all the twigs & berries I started taking a few weeks ago. The stuff works, try it if you think it will benefit you, but, definitely read up on them before using them.
