Added 2020-12-10 12:11:32 +0000 UTCdrink water with me 🥰 ✨ TW: depression ✨ i’m recovering from cyber bullying. i’ve spent my days with low energy and my evenings loudly crying in the bath tub not what you want to hear right? i know 😉 but my highest highs have always come from my lowest lows. when you feel sadness are you learning from it or are you trying to suppress it? there is no shame in sadness and sometimes the best thing we can do is give it space to flow right through us! 🌊 what else can we do to help our sadness? - make sure we stay hydrated and continue to drink 2 litres of water every day - make sure we move our bodies and continue to stretch or dance every day - make sure we take time away from technology and switch off our phones (or put them in another room) for at least 1 hour every day i hope you all have a beautiful day and if you find yourself connecting with another human how about you spread some of your delicious kindness to them? a simple smile, a “how are you?” a “thinking of you” or a “hope you have a lovely day” to someone might make a big difference to someone’s energy ✨ our energy is so powerful 😘 ❤️
