Added 2021-05-30 18:31:02 +0000 UTC• for those that like reading my thoughts • i spent years recovering from severe agoraphobia and coming out of lockdown has had so many similarities after spending most of the last year inside i’m very sensitive to the sun i remember my sunlight starved skin burning when i left the house after the isolation years ago there’s been an odd comfort during all this for me as more people learn and talk about the impacts of isolation yet at the same time it’s been the hardest time of my life to revert back to and relive so much of a past i thought i would never go near again
