I really enjoy going to the gym and working out on the machines. After an intense workout, I usually drink a protein shake or freshly squeezed juice. But if I'm not in the mood to go to the gym, I prefer to stay at home and do a little exercise or stretching. I'm trying out a new workout program right now, and I'm loving it!
