I really like to start my morning with self-care. First thing I do is some exercises or stretching to wake up my body and energize me for the day. Then I take time to care for my skin with my favorite cleansers and moisturizers. I round out my morning ritual with a cup of green tea or fresh juice and a healthy breakfast.
