I really like to start my day with a morning workout. As soon as I wake up, I put on my gym clothes and head to the gym or go for a run in the nearest park. A morning workout helps me wake up, energize and set me up for a productive day. I usually start with a warm-up, then do cardio exercises and finish my workout with stretching.
