My lower back has been tight these last few days & so I thought Iโ€™d focus on positions to strengthen, stretch and help release the lower back ๐Ÿ˜Š Your body is all connected. Tension in your legs will begin to effect your back, so itโ€™s important to not neglect your quads, hamstrings, calves and even feet.
